On February 13th the Obama administration presented its Federal budget request for 2013 including $1.3 billion for the Egyptian military, the same amount as recent years. (You can download the U.S. State Department Executive Budget Summary for 2013 here. The military aid to Egypt is toward the end of the appendix, on page 172.)
